Philippine delivery

8MOTIVES ships from the Philippines and currently accepts delivery orders within the Philippines only.

Order cutoff and dispatch

Our daily order cutoff is 2:00 PM Philippine time (UTC+8). We pack and dispatch orders on weekdays, Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays.

• Weekday orders placed by 2:00 PM are scheduled for dispatch on the next weekday.
• Weekday orders placed after 2:00 PM enter the following weekday’s processing batch and are scheduled for dispatch on the weekday after that.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are scheduled for Monday dispatch.

For example, a Friday order placed by 2:00 PM is scheduled for Monday dispatch; a Friday order placed after 2:00 PM is scheduled for Tuesday dispatch.

Dispatch means handing your parcel to the courier. It is separate from delivery to your address. Courier transit times vary by destination and service.

Special schedules

For public holidays, preorders or orders awaiting payment or confirmation, please contact us to confirm the dispatch schedule. If your order needs an adjusted schedule, we will confirm it with you.
